About Flóra

I’m a coach, trainer, and consultant who specialises in supporting small organisations and their leaders. I combine over a decade of experience as a CEO and trustee with professional qualifications and ongoing development as a coach.

Since 2015, I’ve led organisations in the health, education, and technology sectors — often in situations where resources were tight and the challenges complex. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibility and to juggle the many roles of a “Chief Everything Officer.” Those experiences taught me resilience, clarity, and creativity — and now I use them to support others who are on similar journeys.

Alongside my lived experience, I bring professional grounding. I hold a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Catalyst 14 and a Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and work within the Global Code of Ethics (external link).

What unites all my work — whether coaching, training, or consultancy — is a belief that real change is possible when people feel supported, connected, and intentional. I’ve seen coaching transform not just individuals, but whole organisations. And I believe that small organisations, in particular, are sparks of light: they often achieve extraordinary impact with limited means, and I’m passionate about helping them thrive.

Rapport Philosophy

The name Rapport Coaching reflects both my values and my approach. Rapport means building trust, creating connection, and working in partnership — the foundation of everything I do.

It’s also an acronym that captures the journey I aim to support:
Reflection — pausing to broaden awareness and understanding
Acceptance — of situation and self
Positivity — finding appreciation and strength, even in challenges
Potential — recognising your capacity for growth and self-development
Opportunity — identifying meaningful ways forward
Responsibility — owning your choices and actions
Transformation — turning insight into lasting growth

Alongside this, the magnolia flower in my logo also carries personal meaning. One of my core memories is of an English teacher taking our class to sit beneath a magnolia tree in bloom. He explained how the flowers last only a short while, yet their beauty leaves a lasting impression. That moment taught me the value of pausing, reflecting, and appreciating what matters — even if it’s fleeting. For me, the magnolia has come to symbolise reflection, joy, and intention.

This is what I want for every leader and organisation I work with: not just to survive the demands of small-organisation life, but to find clarity, confidence, and the space to spark meaningful change that continues to grow.
